Can confirm, the https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/brow...id=2239520 link doesn't work anymore, even when logged in.
Maybe Steam changed something about how non-public workshops work?
I would suggest just making the workshop public, it would solve issues and allow people to see what the workshop contains.
