How to modify a buiding ?

Okay i have found out : all this mess was due to a bug : the building blueprint exchange bar was not visible and enabled until i managed to go into properties and label fonts and change the look of the label by clicking the background button on the left next to "size" and "transparency" sliders.
Damnit what a plague !^^
