I have noticed some things take a while to be really done on Steam and synchronous with the client program.
For example, if I unpublish a blueprint then quickly get a fresh list of blueprints, that deleted blueprint will reappear in the list. However if I select it and press the button to view it on Steam, the result is an error page essentially saying the item does not exist.
