Military Gun Towers Not Importing lenses

I've noticed that new military gun towers that I've built in systems are not importing lenses of any type, even when there are plenty available.

It looks as though that might be the case if your base does not have a military airport, military dock, or military motor pool.

I made a change so that the hq, which also imports things, will import lenses. This will be posted in the next server update, likely tomorrow morning.
