Large Ship Structural % Rollover

Ships with a large amount of health have their structural percent rollover, so that they will be in red alert at full health. This causes issues with the defensive, defend area, attack, and berserk postures, causing crew to constantly run away.

Ah, so that is the cause. Been on Silverwill quite some time, I think. Did not know the consequences were so serious, though.

Does manual Green Alert help, or is it percentage based?
