You can use the workshop on the web also. There you can browse, search, subscribe and unsubscribe blueprints. This is all harmonious with the in game integration.

In game I have not implemented rating, thumbs up/down etc. The web page must be used to see and do those things. This could easily change with a bit more work.

I haven't used it for like 15 years, but yes it does indeed.
I just heard from some players that that didn't seem to work for the current version of Hazeron Starship for some reason.
