Harvesting planetary rings bug, target too far away

With new/returning players trying to get particle collectors to work, a few have also attempted to harvest from planetoids, but this seems like it doesn't work.

It would be nice if particle collectors could harvest antiflux from planetoids.

As someone whos solar system only had a single source of antiflux; A ring. It would be great to see this fixed asap. I spent a long time figuring out why my ship wouldn't do as I asked, until I asked on discord and found out this doesn't work at all.

And then It flung me to the other end of the galaxy :)
