The mass media building is used to spread technology to the city's buildings.

Technology Spread

Each level of the mass media building will use a technology disk of each type and use it on a building that needs it.

Media Management

When in the chain of command of a city, it is possible to manage the spreading of technology. This is done using the City (F10) window while standing at the mass media building's plot.
