The Command and Control Station is placed on the ship Bridge and functions as a captains chair allowing a player to access key ship systems from a single spot. So long as there is a third party (npc or player) seated at the console your trying to access. NPC Officers will also prefer sitting at a Command and Control station, though this is no longer required for them to perform their duties.
Shortcuts
Ensure you are in mouse look mode. These won't work while using the hand cursor.

- ctrl + D Shield Station
