The Arcadian Federation is a collection of self governing planets and space habitats located in a sparsely populated section of the universe. Original Arcadian settlers were an Earth colony sent out to serve as a natural reserve in case of disaster. Arcadians are known for their engineering products, skilled pilots, and the extreme reclusively of their government.
