Members of an [[empire]] can be rewarded with [[Government_Debt|government debt]] when they complete specific tasks, such as exploring, founding [[cities]] or fighting empire enemies.

This is a good way for citizen ranked [[avatar]]s to make money. Depending on what the rewards are set to of course.

The reward system is however not of much use for an emperor, since an emperor can just take money out of the [[Capital_City|capital city]]'s government account.

==Setting Rewards==
Rewards are established by the emperor. Many different rewards may be posted. These are listed on the [[Governance]] (F12) window's ''Rewards'' tab.

Other empire members can then see the rewards on the same page, but not change them.
