Why isn't Shores of Hazeron available in Apple's App Store?

Several reasons prevent us from offering Shores of Hazeron for download through the App Store.

The Shores of Hazeron Launcher cannot be submitted to the App Store because of these restrictions, per Apple.

* Apps that download code in any way or form will be rejected

* Apps that install or launch other executable code will be rejected

So why not just submit a good build of the Shores of Hazeron client program and keep it up to date there?

Any one of these reasons prevents us from doing that, per Apple.
