New Colonies not Importing Air / Food - Mr. Mortius - 06-23-2018
New style colonies on hostile worlds do not import food or air, leading to suffocation and starvation morale penalties for now.

I would assume that a Cantina would import food and air, but people have said it doesn't.
Current workaround seem to be to build warehouses and have them import food and air.
Maybe it would be useful if houses and apartments with commodity storage imported a minimum amount of food and and air when needed.
