Cannot Issue Follow Order - Vectorus - 03-04-2019
Unit appears at sensor console. Unit is listed in tactical scan report.
After refreshing sensor contacts in the mission window, the unit does not show up in the list of possible targets for "follow", "attack" or other target-specific orders.
