5% fuel reserve on harvest appears to not work - Ikkir Isth - 06-05-2018
Had new ship harvesting with a 5% fuel reserve, came back to fully empty fuel (in span of like 30 minutes)

More info: didnt have an officer on the ship so I guess if its the officer that stops the order thats why?

That would most likely be the issue yeah.
If there is no officer on the ship, the mission order will never get marked as completed and removed from the mission.
On a ship without an officer, it is your job to complete the order when it is done. By pressing the gold star in the mission window.

Confirmed. An officer is required to advance to the next mission order.
