Starmap All Yellow - Mr. Mortius - 09-10-2018
After the system emission detection update, all systems with a detected signal are showing up as yellow, even if only cities belonging to my own empire exist in that system.

I noticed this and asked Haxus to take a look online this afternoon. I think it is fixed pending.
