[Inactive/Broken] City Planner Spreadsheet - Seathre - 04-30-2022

Since the previous Google Sheets version is broken, and I have no plans to update it, I figured I would at least upload the original Excel file. The original City Planner Spreadsheet was made over a decade ago for the old city system, and I cannot recall who the original author was, but here it is for anyone interested.

Yeah, that is very outdated and not super useful.

According to my notes on the hazeron.com/wiki/Indy_Tools_and_Mods wiki page, the creator was ddDeath and you. Unless this is an older spreadsheet that you used as a base for your version?

The Excel sheet was originally created by another player. I can't recall who that was, but I would like to give them credit for creating the first edition and inspiring me to update and expand upon it.
