Hello,
Since the last patch, the money balance of my capital city (homeworld) is litteraly frozen at 250,000.
Payrols doesn't reduce it at anytime.
I can start patent research it work but doesn't reduce my overall money either.
Im able to increase my funds by crafting money in a bank with no problem... it just never go down thou.
On the report its clearly stated that im spending lot of money, but no real effect on my treasury.
I can't really confirm or not if its the same in other cities as i do not currently have others haha ...
Just though of reporting this clearly bug.
