Full throttle crash while entering orbit - jakbruce2012 - 12-05-2019

I just watched my crew dive straight into a habitable world instead of going to orbit.
I was not able to catch it in time.  Instead of slowing down as the ship got closer to the planet the AI seemed to go to full throttle. Huh

This was on a 14 day build ship.

If it was an old design, I'd ask if it had an engineering station.
But now… I'm unsure.

New design, with multiple engineering stations. PNN and Warp 9.
