I think what nightslay means is that he wants a "Solar Power" power plant module for spacecraft. It has been suggested many times before and I think Haxus wants to add it some day too.
But if you just want to make your space station look like it has solar panels, then you can already do that.

But yeah, many players have already asked for movable parts in the designer.
