When you load a design that has a roomvoid with hold access that is associated with an open state of a door (to simulate a locker), in the final design the roomvoid will not have hold access unless the association is done again before finalising. So it seems the hold access of the associated void is either not saved properly by the "save as" function or not loaded properly.
Barriers that are associated with a door state are also not saved, unless you reassociate them immediately before finalizing. A lot of designs with boarding ramps are broken for this reason, without the creators' necessarily realizing. Seems like a variation on the same problem!

Indeed, that's why I think I reassociated it for every variant of the Altas before finalising (I hope i did anyway).
The association itself is saved, but the effects this association is supposed to have are not. Or maybe just the designation of the association in the parts list is saved, but not the actual association.
Either way, indeed probably caused by the same issue.
