Designer Preview Lights On
When previewing a ship in the designer, all of the exterior lights are now on right away.

Exchange Show Faces
Groundwork was laid for the blueprint exchange to show face and triangle counts on the models. Those numbers should start appearing soon, once I finish a few back-end details. This will not affect existing designs. They would have to be republished to pick up the numbers; they don't have to be refinalized. There is no requirement to do this; the face and triangle counts can be zero.

Too fast channel closing considered as tab detaching.
Fixed.

Cannot replace modules on spacecraft
Response message added when a city has modules but the repair shop Q is too low to install them.

Repair Shop can't make Spacecraft Upgrade Modules
Fixed a bug that caused the manufacturing tab of the repair shop to be hidden.

Designer Crashes when creating door states
Fixed missing entry from table of data.

Raising Spacecraft Factory QL resets ship construction
Fixed.

Unusually low Q patent
Fixed a bug that broke the resulting Q of a patent when the development process did not consume any materials.

City connections by roads only go one way
Fixed a bug that enabled one-way road connections to be created when interconnecting cities. This happened when a road of city A ended on a road of city B but city B had no roads that ended on a road of city A.

I'm very sad now...

Every design (for the new designer) I have now just crashes when I try to load them in the designer.

I can see the 3d mesh appear on the screen for a moment before it freezes up and crashes.

Fix one bug and ten more take its place. Am I right :D

That is alarming. Give me a few minutes to check it out. I will post an update when the issue is fixed.

I assume you are using Windows.

I had a similar bizarre issue when restarting the servers. A library that should have been rebuilt wasn't, so the result was complete insanity.

I tested this on my Ubuntu build. It did not crash. I opened a mix of new and old .SoH files.

Meanwhile, the servers crashed on the second attempt. The call stack clearly shows a borked virtual function table, which tells me that a library needs rebuilding. This fits with a couple of virtual functions that were added at the last minute. I forced a full clean build of the servers to clear it up. Will start them again when it is done in a few minutes.

I am now going to try rebuilding the Windows 10 version.

UPDATE:

Windows and OSX versions are still rebuilding. Other clients will follow them. Mint 18 was already rebuilt and posted.

Servers started up nicely the last time, after a clean rebuild.
