Integrated Turrets
Integrated turrets are complete enough to be usable now.
  • Camera position at the gun is now correctly oriented to the up direction of the turret gun barrel, which is based on the gun barrel axis and gun fire emit directions.
  • Muzzle fire and sighting now use the proper matrices.
  • Turret design still lacks a user interface to specify the limits of movement when rotating the turret base and elevating the turret gun.
  • Gun fire effect moves strangely when firing while rotating.
Jittery Turret Rotation
Rotation of the turret was extremely jittery. The fix to the bug was not specifically related to turrets; they just made the problem more obvious. The fix to this could potentially smooth other cases of jittery movement as well.

Turret Gun Missing
The turret gun was missing when operating a turret on an old ship design. That is fixed.

Console Seat Positioning
Position of the body was incorrect when occupying a console in an old style ship design. Body CG was placed at the floor location of the console, instead of at the seat location of the console That is fixed.

Good fix. I was starting to feel short.
