Let's count together?
1. List of personal gear.
2. List of ship cargo.
3,4. Info panels to both of these.
5. Category switch.
6. Lots of ship statistics.
7. Number of units offered.
8. Nominal unit price.
9. For "Sale" dialog - requested price.
There's also the confirmation button, of course.

"Not overloaded" dialog is one control, one confirmation button and one cancel button.
This is not a complaint, this is a point of consideration.

I just meant, why have two dialogs at all? Simpler to have just one, but have either a checkbox to make it an Auction, or as Anr suggested second "ok" button that make it an Auction.

It would mostly be to remove the extra (almost identically functioning) button from the Comm, nothing else.
