No. Because you don't seem to understand what an "engine" is. I am in no way an expert on the subject, so someone correct me if I am horribly wrong.
An engine is not something you just swap out. The game engine is not just what makes the game look good. The game engine commonly contain all core physics that everything else is built on top of.
From everything I have read about "Euclideon's Unlimited Detail engine", it is/was not a game engine. It just rendered static images/worlds, so everything else has to be built on top of it.
If "Euclideon's Unlimited Detail engine" was as good as they said, everyone would be using it now. When you google for games using it, you only find Euclideon's own announcement of planing two games, and that was 5 years ago.
