What is the problem?

Yes it is possible in SoH.

Just had a ship enter a WH to a binary system known to block WH traffic, and it was destroyed upon entering the WH going to the Binary system with a the standard warning to reroute to going to direct travel as was the fix presented a long time ago. 

Wondering what happened here...  The ship was definitely destroyed in the Binary system and even though we received the reroute message it went down the WH anyway and was destroyed.

It is not really related to this closed bug report, I suggest you make a new bug report.
